Education
Marcello Poggioli is confirmed Associate Professor of Tax Law at the University of Padova, where he regularly teaches in English the courses “Advanced International Taxation Law” and “International Taxation Law”. Marcello holds a Ph.D. degree in European Taxation Law (University of Bologna, Alma Mater Studiorum), a Master degree in Tax Law taken from INFOR-IPSOA and a high specialization degree in Tax Law, from University of Bologna-Law School. He graduated in Business Administration (University Bocconi, Milan) and in Law (University of Ferrara). He served the military forces as Financial Police officer (Lieutenant). He is a lawyer admitted to the Supreme Courts in Italy, and a Chartered Accountant and Auditor as well.
